Troubleshooting

The PokyPow is not available

1. Make sure it is flashed. There is not software flashed.
2. Make sure you have power. It takes a few seconds until the LED is on.
3. Check your Wifi Signal
4. Plug in the Antenna. It does not work witout the external antenna.
5. Put the antenna outside your pc case.

The LED does not work

Check polarity on your cables.

My Power/Reset Button does not work

Check polarity on your cables. There are motherboards where polarity is imortant!

My PokyPow does not have power, when the PC turn off

Check your motherboards BIOS settings and enable always on USB. It is called differently across vendors.

My motherboard does not support Always On USB power

You can use any other USB-C charger. But put your PokyPow somewhere save into the PC that it does not contact metal.

There will be a 3D printed bed available for self printing.
